Een flexibele allround technicus met een passie voor de maritieme- en offshore windsector. Als Service Engineer werk je aan boord van (zee)schepen of op offshore platformen, waar je verantwoordelijk bent voor het installeren van systemen, het oplossen van storingen, het uitvoeren van onderhoud en het ondersteunen van klanten bij het gebruik van de technologie. Je werkt zowel vanuit het hoofdkantoor in Bleiswijk als op verschillende locaties in binnen- en buitenland. In deze rol ben je het visitekaartje van de organisatie op de werkvloer en bij klanten.

Function Description

• Installeren en inbedrijfstellen van systemen aan boord van schepen en op offshore wind palen.

• Diagnoses stellen en storingen verhelpen op locatie

• Uitvoeren van gepland onderhoud en vervangen van onderdelen

• Bijhouden van service- en onderhoudsrapporten

• Ondersteunen en trainen van bemanningen of lokale technische teams

Requirements

• Minimaal een afgeronde MBO-3 opleiding in Elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar

• Ervaring met elektrotechnische werkzaamheden in een maritieme omgeving is een pré

• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, zowel in woord als geschrift

• Sterke communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden

• Klantgericht – jij bent het gezicht van de organisatie op locatie

• Flexibel en oplossingsgericht

• Bereid om regelmatig (internationaal) te reizen en aan boord te werken

Preferred educational level: MBO (Vocational) for crew and technical roles; HBO/Bachelor or higher for engineering, pilotage, and management positions.
Preferred education: Maritime Officer (Marof), Nautical Science, Marine Engineering, Civil Engineering, and specialized technical certifications (STCW, OPITO, etc.).
Career level: All levels, from Blue Collar (crew, operators) to White Collar (management, engineering) and C-level/CXO positions.
