To further strengthen the capabilities of our Sales Department, we’re looking for a Sales Coordinator. The department, part of our Global Sales Structure, is located in our office in Plovdiv. Your primary task will be to help VIKING's subsidiaries in daily routines.

Tasks and Responsibilities
The daily work has to be carried out in close cooperation and coordination with the Sales department and the Logistics Center (Shipping, Planning, Purchase and Warehouse) - Worldwide. The following tasks and projects can be expected:

  • Prepare quotations in SAP following customer inquiries and according to issued guidelines
  • Enter orders in SAP, received from the designated area
  • Issue documentation related to the offers and orders

Your profile
Juniors are welcome and preferably supported by a business education. The successful candidate also is:

  • MS Office advanced user
  • Relevant experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of SAP and Dynamics as well
  • Willing to learn
  • Structured, process and detail oriented

Therefore you are positive, ”can do”, professional and you have helpful attitude towards colleagues and customers. On a personal level you are service minded, responsive team-player, flexible and able to prioritize.

Since our corporate language is English, you are fluent in English with very good communication and collaboration skills.
