Voor een innovatief maritiem ontwikkelproject voor een internationale overheidsklant zijn wij op zoek naar een Projectleider die energie krijgt van pionieren. In deze rol werk je aan de ontwikkeling, implementatie en certificering van een schip met nieuwe technologieën, waaronder hybride voortstuwing en verregaande automatisering.
Dit project bevindt zich grotendeels in de ontwikkel- en engineeringsfase. Dat betekent: veel afstemming, documentatie, processen en stakeholdermanagement. Minder traditionele scheepsbouw, meer technische innovatie, regelgeving en langdurige besluitvorming.
Je opereert in een multidisciplinair maritiem team en bent een stevige gesprekspartner richting klant, klassebureaus en vlaggenstaat.
Jouw missie
Als projectleider ben jijverantwoordelijk voor het beheersen van een complex en langlopend traject waarin techniek, regelgeving en politiek samenkomen. Jij bewaakt de voortgang, zorgt voor continuïteit en houdt alle betrokken partijen aangehaakt.

Holland Shipyards Group is a shipyard with experience in (electric) ferries, offshore support vessels, offshore accommodations, tugs, inland vessels, and dredgers. Holland Shipyards Group is known for its high quality, flexibility, and very short delivery times. The company has an informal yet professional atmosphere. Projects are carried out both on-site and off-site.
Our first shipyard has been in operation since 1981. Since then, we've grown into an organization with a broad focus but an overarching vision: whatever we do, we do it with a strong belief that we can improve the status quo.
This means we've been on the road for quite a few years and have built up experience. Our team is proof of this. Many have been part of our family business for years, sometimes from the very beginning, and will remain so in the future.
At our shipyard, you quickly become part of the family. Sometimes this even means we disagree, as happens in the best of families. But it always stems from good intentions. We go the extra mile for each other, growing together and towards each other. We believe that working in this environment fosters collaboration and results in the best products.
