  • Je kunt zelfstandig hoogwaardige laswerkzaamheden uitvoeren in koolstofstaal – RVS ,Duplex, cunifer (of een combinatie ervan) met materiaaldiktes van 2 tot 16 mm;
  • Je beheerst de lasprocessen TIG 141 (Buttwelds en Filletwelds);
  • Lassen in alle posities, in de sectiebouw en aanbouw van een jacht;
  • Je laswerk netjes opleveren zonder imperfecties;
  • Bijdragen aan een veilige- en efficiënte werkomgeving.

Dit breng je mee

  • Een gezonde werkmentaliteit: je komt graag naar je werk, maar vind je werk-privé balans ook belangrijk;
  • In het bezit van geldige lascertificaten conform EN-ISO 9606-1 (141 BW & FW);
  • Bij voorkeur in het bezit van een geldig VCA of VCA-Vol certificaat;
  • Communiceren in het Nederlands en/of in het Engels;
  • Een opleiding op VMBO-niveau of aantoonbare werkervaring als Tig-Lasser.

Ons aanbod

  • Stabiliteit: Jaarcontract en aansluitend vaste dienst (bij een positieve beoordeling). We hebben een goed gevulde orderportefeuille, waardoor we onze mensen continu aan het werk kunnen houden;
  • Vakgerichte trainingen zoals: VCA, lasopleidingen;
  • Mogelijkheid tot deelname aan BHV;
  • Interne begeleiding zodat je je (verder) kan ontwikkelen;
  • CAO Metalelektro, 27 vrije dagen + 13 ADV dagen;
  • Overwerkvergoeding maandag t/m zaterdag 175%, zon- en feestdagen 225%;
  • Actieve Personeelsvereniging;
  • Pensioenfonds Metalektro; premie ruim 50% door werkgever betaald;
  • Woon/werkvergoeding van €0,23 p/km.

Wij vragen je, naast een cv en motivatiebrief, ook relevante lascertificaten mee te zenden bij de sollicitatie.

About Feadship

Feadship

Building superyachts together

Feadship is the world's leading designer and builder of luxury motor yachts. This is the result of years of craftsmanship.

What makes working at Feadship special?

Working at Feadship is special. This quintessentially Dutch company has roots dating back to 1849. How wonderful is that? Feadship is a group of closely collaborating companies that are among the absolute global leaders in superyacht construction. Since 1949, Royal De Vries Shipbuilding and Royal Van Lent Shipyard have been building the most beautiful custom-built superyachts under the Feadship brand. Feadship is the brand name of our yachts.

If you work for us, you'll be employed by one of Feadship's companies. This could be a shipyard, a production company, or our own design and engineering firm: De Voogt Naval Architects. This means we have all the expertise in-house to build our beautiful ships, from the first sketch to sea trials.

And it doesn't end there. To ensure a Feadship remains a Feadship, we have a Refit & Services department. There, we service the fleet and carry out updates at the owner's request – again, entirely according to their wishes and needs. This can range from a new paint job to extending a Feadship. Anything is possible.

Craftsmanship, passion and attention to detail

At Feadship, you'll work at the absolute pinnacle of superyacht building. Craftsmanship, passion, and meticulous attention to detail result in a beautiful end product. Every Feadship is unique and custom-built, precisely to the client's wishes. A unique end product that everyone is proud of. Because you build a Feadship with such care, it feels a little like your own boat. That's what makes working at Feadship special!

Your career at Feadship

We believe it's important for you to be able to develop yourself. That's why we offer a wide range of training courses to help you reach your full potential. We also focus on internal knowledge sharing: from colleagues, for colleagues. These sessions are organized for everyone within Feadship. This way, we learn from each other and simultaneously safeguard Feadship standards.

Lifelong learning

Feadship stands for "lifelong learning." This is partly to promote the sustainable employability of employees, and partly to facilitate internal advancement and further development. Therefore, we offer a wide range of high-quality training courses, delivered by professional and enthusiastic external trainers. You have a wide choice of these training courses.

The Feadship Academy

At the Feadship Academy, all Feadship companies collaborate to promote employee development and training. The goal is to ensure employees remain employable. Some of these training courses are offered in-house. Other courses are offered externally.

Growing through

By expanding your knowledge and experience, you can expand your responsibilities and grow. This can be done vertically, for example, by moving from skilled worker to foreman. It can also be done horizontally, developing into a specialist in your field. We'll discuss this during your development reviews. What are you good at, and what would you like to develop? How can you become even better at your job? Is that possible in your current role? Or are there opportunities with similar responsibilities and tasks, but perhaps in a different department? Together, we'll explore which career path is right for you.
