Feadship
Achter elk Feadship superjacht schuilt een extreem zorgvuldig opgezet engineeringsproces. Cadmatic speelt daarin een sleutelrol. Als Cadmatic Administrator zorg jij ervoor dat engineers, werven en productie met één betrouwbare, slimme en goed ingerichte 3D-omgeving kunnen werken.
Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen engineering, IT en productie. Vanuit STI Engineering in Heiloo ondersteun en verbeter je het gebruik van Cadmatic voor de hele Feadship-groep, waaronder De Vries Shipyards (Aalsmeer & Makkum) en Royal Van Lent Shipyards. Jouw werk is misschien niet altijd zichtbaar aan de buitenkant van het jacht — maar zonder jou komt het simpelweg niet van de grond.
In deze rol combineer je technisch inzicht, Cadmatic-kennis en gevoel voor engineeringprocessen. Je werkt nauw samen met engineers, projectteams en key-users en draagt actief bij aan de verdere professionalisering en standaardisatie van het engineeringsproces.
Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:
Cadmatic applicatie- en modelbeheer
Je beheert en ontwikkelt de Cadmatic-omgeving, inclusief modellen, templates en bibliotheken, zodat engineers binnen de Feadship-groep efficiënt en volgens uniforme standaarden kunnen werken.
Integratie, automatisering & data
Je bewaakt en verbetert de uitwisseling van 3D-data tussen Cadmatic en andere systemen, denkt mee over automatisering en draagt bij aan een stabiel en toekomstbestendig engineeringsproces.
Ondersteuning & samenwerking
Je ondersteunt en begeleidt gebruikers, fungeert als verbindende schakel tussen engineering, productie en andere disciplines, en levert een actieve bijdrage aan de continue verbetering van het engineeringproces.
Je rapporteert formeel binnen STI Engineering, maar werkt in de praktijk intensief samen met project- en WTB-engineeringmanagement. Hierdoor heb je invloed op zowel ontwerp als maakbaarheid.
Kom je uit het buitenland dan zijn we ook opzoek naar jou, maar dan moet al wel in Nederland woonachtig of zich hier willen vestigen.
Daarbij moet je permanent vrij zijn om binnen Nederland kunnen werken en verblijven (Dus lidstaat van EU + Liechtenstein, Noorwegen, IJsland en Zwitserland).
Een baan van 32 - 40 uur per week binnen een informele organisatie. Je krijgt bij ons de kans om te werken aan de mooiste superjachten ter wereld. Onder een goede beloning verstaan wij meer dan een goed salaris. Het gaat ook om plezier door betekenisvol werk met geavanceerde Tools. Hoe meer jij het naar je zin hebt, hoe beter jouw bijdrage is aan de projecten.
Deze functie blijft zich ontwikkelen. Je werkt met veel verschillende mensen, disciplines en projecten — geen dag is hetzelfde. Juist die dynamiek maakt het werk uitdagend én leuk.

If you work for us, you'll be employed by one of Feadship's companies. This could be a shipyard, a production company, or our own design and engineering firm: De Voogt Naval Architects. This means we have all the expertise in-house to build our beautiful ships, from the first sketch to sea trials.
And it doesn't end there. To ensure a Feadship remains a Feadship, we have a Refit & Services department. There, we service the fleet and carry out updates at the owner's request – again, entirely according to their wishes and needs. This can range from a new paint job to extending a Feadship. Anything is possible.

We also focus on internal knowledge sharing: from colleagues, for colleagues. These sessions are organized for everyone within Feadship. This way, we learn from each other and simultaneously safeguard Feadship standards.
Feadship stands for "lifelong learning." This is partly to promote the sustainable employability of employees, and partly to facilitate internal advancement and further development. Therefore, we offer a wide range of high-quality training courses, delivered by professional and enthusiastic external trainers. You have a wide choice of these training courses.
At the Feadship Academy, all Feadship companies collaborate to promote employee development and training. The goal is to ensure employees remain employable. Some of these training courses are offered in-house. Other courses are offered externally.
By expanding your knowledge and experience, you can expand your responsibilities and grow. This can be done vertically, for example, by moving from skilled worker to foreman.
