As an Inside Sales Representative at Hendrik Veder Group, you are responsible for the accurate processing of customer orders and quotes. The Force of Smart Connection

Hendrik Veder Group is a European company operating globally from offices in the Netherlands, England, Scotland, France, Norway, and Poland. Its headquarters are located in the Port of Rotterdam. It supplies products and services worldwide in the field of steel wire rope and synthetic rope, which are essential for the offshore and maritime sectors, as well as total solutions and services for many other industries. The Hendrik Veder Group aims to make the maritime sector more sustainable. Together with leading clients, we achieve sustainability in innovative ways. This creates new, cost-effective solutions through inventory, maintenance, and circular raw material approaches.

Hendrik Veder Group has grown into a leading company in the field of lifting and hoisting equipment, characterized for centuries by quality, craftsmanship, and innovation. Even after nearly five centuries, it's a company that, together with its customers, continues to strive to utilize these resources most effectively.

This is also reflected in the recently launched Asset Management concept, which combines substantial process savings with a circular approach. In other words, an approach that saves customers money and improves their sustainability profile. This is achieved through optimization of reuse, efficient inventory management, and a circular solution for materials that are no longer usable.

What does that look like in practice? After a project is completed, Hendrik Veder's experts take inventory of the existing lifting equipment. They inspect, refurbish, test, approve, and administer the assets. Through a sustainable partnership and expertise in cable management, Hendrik Veder adds value to its partners and achieves its sustainability goals cost-effectively.

This approach leads to substantial savings for the customer because valuable equipment can be reused safely and efficiently. New equipment needs to be purchased less frequently. Cables and other lifting and hoisting equipment that have reached the end of their lifespan are a highly valuable resource.

Hendrik Veder Group ensures that customers maintain control over this raw material and therefore don't have to pay twice for the same one. This not only results in cost savings but also a demonstrably higher sustainability profile for the customer, which in turn allows them to distinguish themselves in tenders.

Hendrik Veder Group is a 475-year-old company that already collaborated with Michiel de Ruyter and is now working with its current clients to make them more sustainable and cost-efficient.
