Roll Group biedt complete oplossingen voor het transport, hijsen en installeren van zwaar materieel, zowel over land als zee. Met onze engineeringexpertise, veelzijdig materieel en flexibiliteit verzorgen wij innovatieve, duurzame diensten ‘van fabriek tot fundering’. Onze zeevloot bestaat uit dokschepen met Ro-Ro, Flo-Flo en Lo-Lo laadmogelijkheden, plus dekcarriers, terwijl we op land wereldwijd werken met hijskranen tot 4000 ton, SPMT’s en trailers. Zo bedienen we diverse markten, waaronder olie & gas en hernieuwbare energie.
Over de functie
Als Derde Stuurman speel je een essentiële rol in het ondersteunen van de navigatie en veiligheid aan boord van ons schip. Je staat wacht, assisteert bij navigatietaken en houdt toezicht op de scheepsapparatuur en -systemen. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met de Second Officer bij het plannen van de reis en kun je, indien nodig, hogere functies waarnemen.
